Fermentation method
The enzyme bath will work only if it generates heat through microbial fermentation. The commonly used starter is Bacillus subtilis. The standard for using Bacillus subtilis is the amount of bacteria. In principle, the higher the number of bacteria, the faster the fermentation time. The number of bacteria in the market is 20billion / g. when choosing, pay attention to the content of miscellaneous bacteria. Fermentation method: add Bacillus subtilis according to one thousandth of the amount of material used, such as adding 1 kilogram of Bacillus subtilis to 1 ton of material, soaking Bacillus subtilis, brown sugar and water in the ratio of 1:1:20 for 8-24 hours, which is called activation. After activation, stir these water and materials evenly, (Note: if 20 times of water is not enough to stir, add enough water to the activated water and stir again.) Generally, it will gradually heat up after 6-24 hours, up to about 70 degrees. As long as the temperature is controlled at about 50-70 degrees, guests can take an enzyme bath. This temperature usually lasts for several days. When the temperature drops, add appropriate brown sugar and stir it evenly. Bacillus subtilis will continue to function after being supplemented with nutrients, but it is not suitable to add brown sugar for a long time, so it is necessary to replace the material for fermentation, otherwise the use of time process. There will be miscellaneous bacteria. Too many miscellaneous bacteria will affect the quality of the enzyme bath.
